Stable version

Konsole is in the kdebase package. To obtain the latest stable Konsole, check out KDE's download page.
You should check your distribution for infomation on how to install KDE on your system. Also, some distributions allow the user to install individual KDE components. Please check your distribution's website and documentation for details.

Development version

In general, to use the development version of Konsole you must download the source code and compile it yourself.
Again, check your distribution to see if this process can be automated. There are also scripts which can help in the process of downloading and compiles the sources.
